My Name is Kashif Ali, I am a born desi, from Hyderabad, India.
I am just over 30 years old; married have a lovely wife and two beautiful daughters.

In 1995, I graduated Engineering in Electronics and Communications and migrated permanently here in Toronto with my folks. After moving to Toronto, I upgraded my education and obtain Post Baccalaureate in Information Technology.

By profession, I work full-time in the IT industry. This is my main bread and butter.By vocation, I am a photographer. Initially, I started photography as a hobby but with time and experience I am pursuing professionally. To date, I have done paid jobs, mostly commercial, portraits, head shorts, school and graduation pictures.

I started photography way back in high school, using inexpensive cameras as I was on a student's budget. In March 2002, I finally purchased my first SLR, a Nikon F65. From there, I managed to build up my equipment, adding more lenses [Sigma 18-50mm, Nikon 28-80mm, Sigma 70-300mm], flashes, a light meter, studio lights, etc.

My last major purchase was a Nikon D70s digital SLR, which I have been using for over two years now.I've accumulated a considerable body of photographs since I've gone digital so I've decided to launch this photo-blog to share these photos.
This photo portal is fairly simple, displays my work and experience.

I believe that there is always room for improvement, so as more photos are posted in this photo portal, you will see the evolution of my photography.
